Third-Party Integrations

We may share data with third-party vendors such as:

  • Conversational data to OpenAI and Gemini
  • Audio data to telephonic providers
  • Google, for sign-in and the Google Workspace integrations described in the "Google User Data and Google Workspace APIs" section below.

Certain Services allow you to connect your Google account. Depending on the features you enable, We access spreadsheet data from Google Sheets that you select or authorize and calendar data from Google Calendar. This data is used solely to provide the integration features you configure, such as reading and updating your selected spreadsheets and checking availability or scheduling appointments on your calendar.

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent or where necessary for security or legal compliance, and do not retain or use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google user data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide these features or to comply with applicable law.

You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your dashboard or via your Google Account security settings. Upon disconnection, We stop accessing your Google data and delete stored Google credentials; any retained data is handled as per our Data Retention Policy. To the extent anything else in this Policy could be read more broadly, this section governs our handling of Google user data.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are determined based on the type of data, the nature of the Services provided, and applicable legal requirements. After the retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized using appropriate methods, such as secure erasure or irreversible pseudonymization.
