How are call minutes calculated?

Call usage is calculated from the duration of each connected call and prorated by the second. You pay for the time your agent is actively handling the call.

Am I charged during silence or hold time?

Yes. Silence and hold time are included while the call remains active with the agent.

Do I pay for failed calls or voicemails?

Failed calls are not charged. If a call reaches voicemail, you are charged only for the short period during which the agent is active on the line.

You can either use Ringg's telephony or bring your own provider. If you use Ringg's telephony, the applicable provider charges are included in your bill. If you bring your own provider, those provider charges are billed separately by your provider.

Can I use my own model provider keys?

Yes. You can bring your own model provider keys. A Ringg platform fee still applies for use of the platform.

We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, and credit or debit card EMI, including No-Cost EMI.

How can I increase my concurrency?

Your account includes five concurrent calls. You can add capacity in blocks of five for Rs 1,995 per block. Contact us if you need a larger or custom limit.

What happens to billing after a call is transferred?

Billing depends on how the transferred call is routed. If the remainder of the call uses your telephony provider, Ringg does not charge for that portion. If it continues on Ringg's telephony, the applicable telephony charges still apply.
