# Technical Product Manager

## About the role

You'll own the build side of every client account: taking a use-case brief and turning it into a working, tested voice agent. You'll write and iterate on prompts, design conversation flows, QA against real call transcripts, and keep tuning agents after they go live. This is a hands-on, fast-iteration role.

## What you'll do

*   Take the use-case brief and design the agent's conversation flow
*   Write and iterate on prompts for voice/chat agents
*   QA outputs by listening to call recordings and reading transcripts
*   Build reusable prompt templates/patterns as accounts scale
*   Monitor post-live agent performance and proactively push fixes
*   Support with technical context on customer calls when needed
*   Handle basic integration work, connecting agents to a customer's stack

## What we're looking for

*   Strong intuition for how language affects conversion - obsessive about how small wording changes shift outcomes
*   Experience with prompt engineering / LLM behaviour tuning
*   Conversational flow design sense; ideally some voice UX exposure (IVR, voice assistants, or similar)
*   Comfortable reading transcripts and debugging why a conversation went wrong
*   Fast iterator - can go from brief to a working agent in days, not weeks
