Technical Content Writer Intern

About the role

You’ll help build Ringg’s technical and search-led content engine — creating content that is genuinely useful to developers, technical buyers, and customers, while helping Ringg get discovered across search and AI platforms.

What you’ll do

• Research customer problems, search behaviour, competitors, and industry trends to identify content opportunities.
• Write SEO/GEO-focused blogs, tutorials, implementation guides, comparison pages, use-case pages, and customer education content.
• Understand and explain APIs, integrations, webhooks, latency, telephony, and AI models accurately.
• Use code samples, diagrams, product documentation, and examples to make technical concepts easier to understand.
• Work with product and engineering teams to turn technical concepts into clear, useful content.
• Build content clusters, article briefs, internal-linking plans, and content recommendations based on business value and search potential.

What we’re looking for

• Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
• Comfortable understanding technical concepts and reading basic code.
• Curious about AI, developer tools, APIs, voice/telephony, and SEO/GEO.
• Ability to write for a clearly defined audience and search intent.
• Strong attention to accuracy, clarity, and structure.
• A portfolio, blog, technical writing sample, or relevant project is a plus.
