# AI Strategist

## About Ringg AI

Ringg AI is an enterprise agentic orchestration platform for voice, WhatsApp, chat, email and browser-based AI agents. We help large enterprises put AI agents into production across sales, support, collections and operations.

Our agents already run in production for companies like Policybazaar, Groww and Flipkart. We're based in Bengaluru and expanding into the UAE.

## The role

This is for a very specific person.

You've spent years in consulting. McKinsey, BCG, or a firm where you actually ran technology transformations. You've been in the boardroom. You've built the deck.

But what you really love is building agents and getting your hands dirty. And at some point, you realised you wanted to own the execution to a T as well.

This role is more of the second part, but it needs the first. You'll sit with enterprise leaders to shape their AI strategy, then go build it with them: designing agents, running implementations and fixing what breaks in the real world. As we grow, you'll hire and lead the team that does this at scale.

## What you'll do

*   **Build agents yourself.** Not spec them. Build them — prompts, workflows, integrations and evaluation.

*   **Shape AI strategy with enterprise leaders.** Work with CXOs and business heads to find where agents create real value, and build the business case.

*   **Own implementation end to end.** From discovery and scoping to go-live and scale, including the messy middle: edge cases, integrations with CRMs and internal systems, and the brief that changes in week 3.

*   **Solve the hard problems that come with AI in production.** Accuracy, compliance, change management, adoption and measuring ROI.

*   **Be the voice of the customer internally.** Turn what you see on the ground into input for product and engineering.

*   **Hire and lead a killer team** for AI implementation as the function scales.

## What we're looking for

*   6+ years of experience, with a meaningful stint in management or technology consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)

*   A track record of successfully delivering at least one technology transformation for a client

*   Hands-on and technical: comfortable with APIs, data and working alongside engineers, and eager to build agents yourself

*   Excellent client presence: you can hold a room with a CXO and earn the trust of their operating teams

*   Strong structured problem solving and the ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan

*   A bias for execution and ownership in a high-growth, fast-moving environment

## Good to have

*   You've built with LLMs, prompt engineering or agent frameworks, whether at work or on the side

*   Experience with conversational AI, contact centres or customer experience transformation

*   Domain depth in BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare or logistics

*   Experience working with enterprises in India, the UAE or the wider GCC

*   Arabic, Hindi or other regional languages (especially useful for the UAE role)

*   A technical degree (engineering or computer science) and/or an MBA

*   Experience hiring and leading small, high-performing teams

*   Time at a startup, or having built something from zero
