# AI Agent QC

### About the role

We’re looking for an **Agent QC** to audit our AI agents across calls and conversations, identify issues, and build test cases to improve agent quality continuously.

### What you’ll do

*   Audit calls, transcripts and agent actions for accuracy and quality

*   Identify and categorise issues, edge cases and failure patterns

*   Create and run **test cases** for different agent workflows

*   Track recurring issues and work with Product/Engineering to resolve them

*   Help build quality benchmarks and evaluation processes for our AI agents

### What we’re looking for

*   1–3 years in **data labelling, call auditing, BPO/call centre QA, operations**, or similar roles

*   Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies

*   Good written communication and documentation skills

*   Comfortable working with high volumes of calls/data

*   Basic understanding of QA, testing or test cases

*   Curiosity about **AI/LLMs/conversational AI** is a bonus

**The ideal person is detail-obsessed, good at spotting patterns, and enjoys breaking things to figure out what’s wrong.**
