## Key takeaways

* Create a separate Ringg environment for every client, team, brand, region, or business unit.
* Keep agents, calls, data, integrations, numbers, and API keys isolated between Spaces.
* Give partner employees central access while limiting client users to their assigned Space.
* Allocate calling concurrency with fixed limits or flexible minimums that share unused capacity.

![Ringg Spaces](https://images.prismic.io/ringg-ai/b9eWxW2q3DldScOc_image-51-.png?auto=format%2Ccompress&fit=max&w=3840)

Partner ecosystems rarely break because the first client is difficult. They break when the fifth, twentieth, or hundredth client has to be managed with the same processes built for one.

An implementation partner may need separate agents and knowledge for every customer. A BPO may run different campaigns, phone numbers, and operating teams for each account. A systems integrator may need to deploy Ringg inside several business units while maintaining governance from one place.

Without a multi-workspace operating model, scale creates predictable problems: duplicated accounts, shared credentials, unclear access, mixed data, idle calling capacity, fragmented reporting, and billing that takes longer to reconcile than the underlying service takes to deliver.

Ringg Spaces is designed to remove that operational ceiling.

## What is broken in multi-client AI agent operations

Most AI agent projects start as a focused deployment. One team builds an agent, connects a knowledge base, adds a phone number, and launches a campaign.

The operating model becomes harder when a partner repeats that deployment across several clients.

* Client data must remain separate.
* Each deployment may need its own integrations, API keys, numbers, and knowledge.
* Partner employees may need access across accounts, while client users should see only their own environment.
* Calling demand varies by campaign, season, and time of day.
* Some clients need separate invoices, while others sit under a shared commercial agreement.
* The partner still needs one view of performance, usage, risks, and operational events.

These are not edge cases. They are the basic requirements of a healthy partner business.

Mature platform ecosystems use the same broad operating pattern. [Twilio subaccounts](https://www.twilio.com/docs/iam/api/subaccounts) separate each customer's resources and activity under a parent account. [HubSpot's Client Access Manager](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/partner-tools/manage-partner-employee-access-to-client-accounts) lets partners manage employee access across client accounts. [AWS Organizations](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_introduction.html) combines account boundaries with central governance and consolidated billing.

Ringg Spaces brings that operating model to AI agents and business conversations.

## What Ringg Spaces changes for partners

Ringg Spaces turns a collection of client deployments into one manageable partner portfolio.

The primary workspace becomes the control plane. Each Space becomes an independent operating environment for a client, team, brand, geography, or line of business.

| **Without Ringg Spaces** | **With Ringg Spaces** |
| --- | --- |
| Separate accounts and credentials are managed manually | Spaces are organized under one primary workspace |
| Client users can be difficult to isolate cleanly | Direct members access only their assigned Space |
| Partner employees switch between unrelated accounts | Primary workspace members inherit access across Spaces |
| Concurrency is stranded or informally shared | Capacity is allocated through fixed or flexible models |
| Billing requires manual reconciliation | Individual and common billing models reflect the commercial setup |
| Reporting is reviewed account by account | Combined analytics, logs, and alerts provide a portfolio view |

This is more than an administration feature. It gives partners the infrastructure to standardize delivery, protect client boundaries, use capacity more efficiently, and expand without rebuilding their operating process for every new account.

### 1\. Give every client a separate AI agent environment

Every Ringg Space has its own AI agents, calls and call data, campaigns, knowledge bases, phone numbers, integrations, API keys, and operational data.

This separation lets a partner support multiple clients without mixing their assets or conversations.

For example, an agency can create one Space for a healthcare client, one for an ecommerce brand, and one for a financial-services company. The prompts, customer records, call outcomes, numbers, and integrations in one Space do not become visible to members of another Space unless those users are explicitly given access.

The same model works inside a large enterprise. Customer Care, Loan Services, and Payment Collections can operate in separate Spaces while the company maintains central oversight.

### 2\. Give the right people the right level of access

Ringg Spaces supports two clear access patterns.

**Primary workspace access:** A member added to the primary workspace can access the primary workspace and all current and future Spaces. This is useful for partner administrators, delivery leaders, platform teams, and central operations staff.

**Direct Space access:** A member added directly to a Space can access only that Space. This is useful for a client's own operators, analysts, reviewers, and subject-matter experts.

Owners can manage inherited and direct access from the primary workspace. Access labels show why a person can enter a Space, reducing the ambiguity that appears when teams grow or responsibilities change.

For a partner, this means internal teams can work across the portfolio without giving every client visibility into every deployment.

### 3\. Use calling capacity where demand is highest

The primary workspace owns the organization's purchased concurrency, which determines how many calls can run at the same time.

Owners can distribute that capacity across Spaces in two ways.

#### Fixed allocation

Each Space receives a defined amount of concurrency and keeps it. Fixed allocation is useful when a client has a committed capacity requirement, a predictable campaign, or a commercial agreement that guarantees dedicated calling volume.

#### Flexible allocation

Each Space receives a configured minimum. When a Space is not using all of its capacity, the unused portion can temporarily support another Space experiencing higher demand.

Flexible allocation is useful for partners whose clients peak at different times. An ecommerce client may need more capacity during a sale, while a collections campaign may peak near a payment date. Instead of leaving purchased capacity idle, the partner can use the shared pool while still protecting a minimum for each Space.

This gives partners a practical way to improve capacity utilization without collapsing client separation.

### 4\. Monitor the portfolio without opening every Space

The primary workspace provides combined analytics, workspace logs, and alerts.

Partners can monitor activity across their portfolio without opening every Space individually. When a metric changes or an operational issue appears, they can move from the portfolio view into the relevant Space for investigation.

This helps central teams answer practical questions:

* Which Spaces are active right now?
* Where is call volume increasing?
* Which client is approaching its capacity or balance limit?
* Where did a configuration or access change occur?
* Which deployment needs attention from the partner team?

Central visibility does not remove the value of separation. It makes separation manageable at scale.

## Where Ringg Spaces makes the biggest impact

### Agencies and AI implementation partners

Create a repeatable delivery model for every new client. Keep each client's agents, knowledge, integrations, and results separate while giving the delivery team cross-client access.

### BPOs and managed contact-center providers

Run multiple calling programs from one Ringg relationship. Assign dedicated or flexible concurrency, give client stakeholders controlled visibility, and track usage by account.

### Systems integrators and technology partners

Deploy Ringg across several customer environments without maintaining disconnected accounts and access lists. Use the primary workspace as the governance layer for implementations.

### Enterprises with shared services

Give business units operational independence while central teams manage capacity, billing, oversight, and platform standards. This can support separate brands, regions, departments, or use cases without forcing them into one mixed environment.

## How to get started with Ringg Spaces

Once Spaces is enabled for an eligible Ringg account, use this rollout sequence.

### Step 1: decide what each Space represents

Choose a boundary that will stay understandable as you grow. For a partner, one Space per client is usually the cleanest starting point. For an enterprise, a Space may represent a business unit, brand, region, or operational function.

Avoid creating Spaces for temporary experiments that do not need separate access, assets, or billing. The purpose of a Space is durable operational separation.

### Step 2: open the Sub-workspace tab and create a Space

Open the **Sub-workspace** tab in the primary workspace. This is the central section for creating Spaces and managing billing, concurrency, and members.

![Ringg Spaces Sub-workspace overview showing billing, concurrency, usage, members, and Spaces](https://images.prismic.io/ringg-ai/p5utcS_e3JgnI1Id_ringg-spaces-subworkspace-overview.png?auto=format%2Ccompress&fit=max&w=3840)

Create a new sub-workspace from this page. Use a consistent naming convention, such as client name plus region or business function. A clear name makes analytics, access reviews, billing, and support easier later.

### Step 3: manage members for the Space

Find the relevant Space and select **Manage**. From the Manage view, add or review the members assigned to that Space.

Add partner administrators and cross-client operators to the primary workspace. Add client users and dedicated operators directly to the relevant Space. Review inherited and direct access before launch because primary workspace membership applies to current and future Spaces.

### Step 4: configure concurrency from Manage

Use the **Manage** button for the Space to configure its calling concurrency. Choose fixed allocation when a Space needs guaranteed dedicated capacity. Choose flexible allocation when Spaces can share unused capacity and demand varies across the portfolio.

For flexible allocation, set a realistic minimum for each Space based on service commitments and peak-call patterns.

### Step 5: configure billing from the Sub-workspace page

Choose individual billing when each Space needs its own wallet, credit limit, usage, or invoice. Choose common billing when the partner or parent organization manages spend centrally.

For an individual billing model, configure the billing control from the same Sub-workspace page. Set a credit limit for a postpaid Space or add wallet balance for a prepaid Space. Align this decision with the client contract before calls begin, especially when the partner is reselling or packaging Ringg as part of a managed service.

### Step 6: configure each deployment inside its Space

Build or move the relevant agents, campaigns, knowledge bases, phone numbers, integrations, and API keys into the correct Space. Treat each Space as a complete production environment for its client or team.

### Step 7: monitor centrally and review regularly

Use combined analytics, logs, and alerts from the primary workspace. Schedule regular checks for access, concurrency utilization, billing configuration, client activity, and operational issues.

## What Ringg believes about partner-led AI deployment

Partners do more than refer software. They translate a platform into an operating outcome for a customer.

That work includes workflow design, integration, prompt and knowledge configuration, quality review, change management, capacity planning, and ongoing optimization. A strong partner ecosystem needs product infrastructure that respects those responsibilities.

Ringg Spaces is our foundation for that ecosystem. It lets partners deliver separate client experiences without giving up the central control required to run a reliable service.

The goal is simple: help partners spend less time managing account sprawl and more time improving the conversations and business outcomes their clients care about.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Ringg Spaces?

Ringg Spaces is a multi-workspace capability that lets organizations create separate AI agent environments under one primary Ringg workspace. Each Space can contain its own agents, calls, campaigns, knowledge bases, phone numbers, integrations, API keys, and operational data.

### Who should use Ringg Spaces?

Spaces is designed for agencies, BPOs, systems integrators, technology partners, managed-service providers, and enterprises that need to run Ringg across multiple clients, teams, brands, regions, or business units.

### Can one client see another client's agents or call data?

Not when access is configured correctly. A user added directly to a Space can access only that Space. Users in one Space cannot see another Space unless they have also been given access to it.

### Who can access every Space?

Members added to the primary workspace can access the primary workspace and all current and future Spaces. This level of access is intended for trusted partner administrators and central teams that need portfolio-wide visibility.

### Does every Space need separate calling capacity?

The primary workspace owns the purchased concurrency. Owners can assign fixed capacity to each Space or use flexible allocation, where every Space keeps a configured minimum and unused capacity can move to Spaces with higher demand.

### Can clients be billed separately?

Yes. Depending on the account setup, Spaces supports prepaid or postpaid billing with individual or common billing. Individual models keep the relevant wallet, credit limit, usage, or invoice at the Space level. Common models manage spend through the primary workspace while preserving usage attribution by Space.

### Can partners see performance across all clients?

Yes. The primary workspace provides combined analytics, workspace logs, and alerts so owners can monitor activity across Spaces without opening each one separately.

### Are Spaces available now?

Ringg Spaces is available for eligible Ringg AI accounts. Contact your Ringg AI representative to discuss eligibility, workspace structure, concurrency, and billing configuration.
