Call usage is calculated from the duration of each connected call and prorated by the second. You pay for the time your agent is actively handling the call. Am I charged during silence or hold time? Yes. Silence and hold time are included while the call remains active with the agent. Do I pay for failed calls or voicemails? Failed calls are not charged. If a call reaches voicemail, you are charged only for the short period during which the agent is active on the line. Are telephony costs included? You can either use Ringg's telephony or bring your own provider. If you use Ringg's telephony, the applicable provider charges are included in your bill. If you bring your own provider, those provider charges are billed separately by your provider. How can I increase my concurrency? Your account includes five concurrent calls. You can add capacity in blocks of five for Rs 1,995 per block. Contact us if you need a larger or custom limit. Can I use my own model provider keys? Yes. You can bring your own model provider keys. Estimate how many calls you will make or receive in a month, and how many will connect. 2. Multiply connected calls by the average call length to get connected minutes. 3. Multiply connected minutes by the per-minute rate. 4. Add phone numbers, extra concurrency, advanced analytics and any integration fees. 5. Add taxes.
